Available Positions

1. General Manager – Wellness Operations & Performance Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the full daily operations of SHUHA Wellness & Healing Boutique.
Ensure smooth coordination of bookings, therapist schedules, guest flow, and operational standards.
Drive business performance through strong KPI monitoring, revenue optimization, and cost control.
Maintain strict financial discipline including daily reconciliation of payments, bookings, and service reporting.
Ensure all services delivered are correctly recorded, billed, and paid with zero revenue leakage.
Monitor occupancy rates, therapist productivity, average ticket, and operational efficiency in real time.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff while enforcing SHUHA’s premium service culture and SOP standards.
Manage inventory, operational resources, hygiene standards, and service consistency.
Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, promotions, and client acquisition strategies.
Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality, wellness, boutique hotel, spa, or luxury service management.
Strong operational leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of financial control, reporting, budgeting, and KPI-based management.
Experience managing scheduling systems, bookings, staff productivity, and customer experience.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Strong leadership presence with high integrity, discipline, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
Passion for wellness, hospitality, refinement, and premium guest experiences.
Computer literacy required (Excel, POS systems, scheduling software, reporting tools).

2. Facial & Body Treatment Specialist – Reflexology Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Perform facials, body scrubs, wraps, detox treatments, and professional reflexology sessions.
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable products or skincare routines.
  • Maintain hygiene, product inventory, and professional use of equipment.
  • Collaborate with management to introduce innovative facial & body protocols.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, skincare, and professional reflexology.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in facial, body treatments, and reflexology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong product knowledge (natural/organic brands preferred).
  • Attention to detail and refined touch.
  • English essential; French an asset.

3. Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor (External Collaboration)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group and individual yoga and meditation sessions in a serene, healing atmosphere.
  • Support the integration of mind–body balance into SHUHA’s Signature Rituals.
  • Collaborate as an external expert to enhance SHUHA’s premium wellness offerings.

Requirements:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200h+ preferred) or Mindfulness Trainer.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching or wellness experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Warm, grounded, and inspiring presence.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse clients and levels.
  • Availability to teach at SHUHA at least two sessions per week as an external collaborator.

4. Receptionist – Guest Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally; ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists using computerized scheduling systems.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and courtesy.
  • Maintain reception area and boutique appearance to the highest standards.
  • Support administrative tasks including billing, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Communicate with management and therapists to coordinate schedules and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk, reception, or guest service roles.
  • Fluent in English (French an asset).
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software, POS systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Passion for wellness, elegance, and client-centered service.

5. Holistic Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of high-end massage therapies (Classic Aroma, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Pregnant Massage, Thai Massage, Hot Stones, Swedish, Trigger Point, Thai/flow).
  • Conduct professional client consultations and intake (health history, contraindications, treatment planning).
  • Adapt techniques and pressure to individual client needs and comfort; monitor responses and adjust in real time.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and equipment care.
  • Record treatment notes and client preferences accurately.
  • Collaborate with management to refine and implement SHUHA Signature Body Rituals.
  • Offer product recommendations aligned with client needs and SHUHA’s natural/premium product lines.
  • Contribute to a calm, elegant guest environment and support the team in delivering seamless service.

Requirements

  • Diploma/certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in spa, clinic or high-end wellness settings.
  • Proven competency in multiple massage modalities; additional certifications (sports, Thai, pregnancy massage, etc.) highly valued.
  • Strong consultation skills: ability to assess physical needs safely and create personalised plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presence and client-focused demeanour.
  • Physically fit and able to perform multiple sessions per day while maintaining quality and presence.
  • Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
