Facial & Body Treatment Specialist – Reflexology a Plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality facials, body scrubs, wraps, detox treatments, and wellness rituals.
- Reflexology skills are a strong advantage and contribute to elevated client experiences.
- Conduct professional client consultations, assess skin and body needs, and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines.
- Promote SHUHA treatment packages and curated product selections with confidence and integrity.
- Maintain a 95%+ client satisfaction level through a customer-focused approach, refined technique, and exceptional service.
- Execute all treatments with zero safety incidents, ensuring comfort, precision, and adherence to wellness standards.
- Build strong, trusting client relationships and support a high repeat-booking rate.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, treatment room organization, and product inventory.
- Collaborate with management to refine and introduce new protocols, rituals, and premium treatment enhancements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, or skincare.
- Reflexology certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in facial and body treatments is highly valued and will be a strong advantage in the selection process.
- Excellent communication skills and a refined, gentle touch.
- Strong product knowledge (natural/organic brands preferred).
- English essential; French an advantage.
- Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Lead group and individual yoga and/or meditation sessions with professionalism and presence.
- Support the integration of mind–body practices into SHUHA’s overall wellness offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to design high-quality, inspiring, and consistent sessions.
- Adapt classes to different client levels, needs, and goals.
- Serve as SHUHA’s reference point for all yoga-related activities, ensuring a strong, coherent presence within the boutique.
- Promote the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to clients and the broader community.
- Proactively contribute to visibility and engagement by helping attract new clients and professionals (e.g., lunchtime sessions, corporate wellness packages, school programs, special events).
- Actively support marketing and outreach initiatives related to yoga and mind–body programs.
- Help develop tailored packages and collaborations to expand SHUHA’s yoga offerings.
Requirements:
- Certified Yoga Instructor (200h+ preferred) or certified in mindfulness practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Warm, inspiring, and reliable.
- Availability to teach regularly at SHUHA (schedule flexible).
- Receptionist – Guest Experience & Boutique Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally; manage check-in/check-out.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain reception and boutique area to high standards.
- Support administrative tasks including billing and reporting.
- Communicate with management and therapists to coordinate schedules.
- Actively promote SHUHA products, treatments, and packages to guests.
- Create simple content for social media (announcements, offers, updates).
- Support basic marketing activities and help increase boutique sales.
Requirements:
- Diploma in administration, hospitality, customer service, or a related field — or proven experience in customer service/reception/front desk roles.
- Fluent in English (French a plus).
- Familiarity with EBM is a plus.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/POS systems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable personal presentation.
- Interest in marketing, sales, and social media communication.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and passionate about wellness and client care.
- Holistic Massage Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of high-quality massage therapies (Classic Aroma, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Thai Massage, Hot Stones, Swedish, Trigger Point, Thai/Flow) with exceptional skill and presence.
- Reflexology skills are a strong plus.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess physical needs, and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Ensure complete client safety and comfort during every session, with zero safety incidents.
- Maintain a 95%+ client satisfaction rate through refined technique, attentive service, and personalized care.
- Promote SHUHA treatment packages and curated product selections with professionalism and integrity.
- Build strong, trusting relationships that support a high rate of repeat bookings.
- Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory impeccably clean, organized, and ready for each client.
- Accurately record client notes, preferences, and treatment history.
- Collaborate with management to refine protocols and co-create SHUHA Signature Body Rituals and premium experiences.
- Contribute proactively to a calm, elegant, and seamless guest experience, demonstrating leadership and consistency as one of SHUHA’s key wellness practitioners.
Requirements:
- Certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Previous professional experience and verifiable references are required.
- Ability to adjust pressure safely and professionally across different massage modalities.
- Warm, respectful, and client-focused demeanor.
- Physically fit to perform multiple sessions per day while maintaining quality.
- English essential; French an advantage.
